Karen E. Conti is the Vice President of Navy Networks for Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors (MS2).   Prior to this assignment, she served as Vice President of Business Development for MS2 Tactical Systems, in Eagan, MN, where she was responsible for a portfolio of products including: Maritime Manned and Unmanned Systems, Network Computing Infrastructure Products, Command and Control Systems, and Adaptive Logistics Products.  Ms. Conti is a certified Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Action (DAWIA) Acquisition Professional with in-depth Program Management experience.  She received the Civil Service Meritorious Service Award, several NAVSEA Quality Champion Awards, and the David Packard Award for Acquisition Reform as part of Team Submarine. In April of 2009, she was awarded the Lockheed Martin MS2 Ethics Award.

Helene Siesel is a Project Manager with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and is responsible for managing multiple delivery orders on a key IDIQ contract within her division. She supports her Navy customers at Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) System Command on a program that provides shipboard, shore, air, and fleet modernization installation support services. With more than 12 years of experience at SAIC, Ms. Siesel has a unique blend of business experience including team leadership, project management, training management, and proposal coordination. Additionally, in 2006 she was the Founding President of the SAIC Women's Network, San Diego Chapter, Pacific Southwest Region. Ms. Siesel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with emphasis in Public Relations, from Arizona State University.

Carolina Davila is the Director of Business Development and Operations at Orbis Inc for the San Diego Office.  A Charleston based company, Orbis is a woman owned small business newly expanding to the west coast. With offices scattered throughout the naval port towns of the east coast, Orbis has successfully dedicated the past 8 years to providing Technical and Program support to the Defense Industry.  Carolina is responsible for all operational and developmental duties in San Diego. She is also responsible for supporting proposal writing all over the US for the company and working with the engineers in Charleston to expand on new technologies and assist in the R&D of the possible target markets.  Miss Davila holds a BS in International Business with a Concentration in Marketing and double minors in Spanish and Studio Art. She is Trilingual; speaking English, Spanish and French. She has 5 years experience as a PM in support of the Boeing 787 and as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at IBM.
