Mary Gmitruk is an Associate with the Office of Science and Technology (S&T) at SPAWAR Systems Center, San Diego and is responsible for aligning the Center’s S&T efforts with the Navy’s requirements to achieve network centric operations This task involves strategic planning and partnerships with several Navy organizations, including the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for communications networks (OPNAV N6), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), and the Naval NETWARCOM FORCEnet Enterprise. She is also a contributing author and member of The Technical Cooperation Program, serving with the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Canada, to analyze methods for enhancing coalition network interoperability. She currently serves as the SPAWAR System Center’s liaison to the San Diego NDIA chapter. Ms. Gmitruk began her career at the Center in 1985 after receiving a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University. Mary also holds an M.A. in International Studies and enjoyed a previous career strengthening scientific exchange programs and diplomatic relations between the U.S., and East European countries. |

Tricia is an experienced leader and currently Booz Allen’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Headquarters Lead. Retired Navy, she has over 20 years background in Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), award winning leadership instructor and seven years experience in program management specializing in senior executive consulting. She provides a unique blend of program management and strategic planning experience. She has an extremely well rounded view having supported several offices within Team SPAWAR to include SPAWAR HQ, Program Executive Office (PEO) C4I and SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) San Diego both as active duty and contractor. She is program manager for 9 Task Orders spanning multiple contracts supporting these offices; Tricia manages a matrixed group of 80+ and a budget of $11M. While an employee of a large company, her husband has been a local small business owner for over 15 years. This, coupled with her military service and deep familiarity with government employee operations makes her an ideal candidate to understand and represent the views of many.Tricia received her Bachelors Degree at San Diego State University and completed a masters level certificate at University of San Diego. She is married for 25 years and is the mother of 5 sons. |

Ms. Wellersdieck has been providing technical, management and administrative support services to the Joint Program Executive Officer (JPEO) and Deputy JPEO for the Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) since January 2005. She is responsible for preparing executive and program level presentation material, talking point white papers, and is the lead for the preparation of the Board of Directors Quarterly Report, a deliverable from the JPEO to USD (Acquisition, Technology & Logistics). |

Michelle Jaent is the Director of Finance & Contracts for RAM Laboratories, Inc. a San Diego based government solutions provider dedicated to supporting our nation’s defense and technological advancements. Ms Jaent has seventeen years of accounting and financial experience. She is a seasoned professional with skills in financial reporting, contract management, staff management and training, automated accounting solutions, and negotiations with lending agencies. Ms. Jaent is also a member of the National Contracts Management Association, National Defense Industrial Association and CFO Roundtable. Ms. Jaent holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, MI. |
